SHIPVIA is released for beta testing
New York, July 31, 2000. Synergy
Software Corporation announced today that the SHIPVIA product is available for
beta testing. The product will be hosted on SHIPVIA.COM portal
and will be available to public in
the second quarter..
SHIPVIA uses Synergy's time tested
rating engine which is available for both AS/400 and Oracle platform.
Besides rating SHIPVIA allows the users to perform the complete
set of shipping transactions including
Pre-shipment
planning, pre-rating, shipping schedule, carrier selection, shipping
documents generation, carrier scheduling, tracking, and freight
payment and analysis.
The details of
SHIPVIA deployment are still worked out.
Synergy Software is
a strategic application development company located in Maywood, New
Jersey. It specializes in business application development using the
new technologies. Synergy has technology partnership agreements with
IBM, BEA Systems, Oracle, Progress, Netscape and Microsoft.
