BillVia can handle different types of customers whether they are standard customer or one time customers. The bills produced may be electronic - EDI, IFX/OFX Invoices, XML transfers, Email attachments or plain paper or fax invoices.

Timesheets, Shipping documents, Bill of Ladings, Packing Lists or any such document can become the billing document - and BillVia can work handle it. You may email,fax, ftp, http,EDI or use plain mail.

Specialized Rating and Verification  Facility
Features such as price lookup, promotions and contract verifications can be configured.
Freight Rating Specialty utilizes advanced rating scheme of ShipVia to verify each and every shipment for customer contracts and/or published tariffs.  BOL and/or shipment data can be configured to be extracted from another system.
Promotions Specialty utilizes PriceVia's Rewards scheme to handle specialized accounting of Co-ops, banks, Spifs, club enrollments as so on.

Billing Authorizations, Cycle billing, Anniversary Billing Options
Regular, Anniversary, Cycle or Recurring billing can be setup to provide full flexibility in timing, content and delivery. Generated bills can be sent to you for authorization before they  can be released.
