PayVia can handle different types of payees whether they are standard billing service providers or one time payees. The bills may be electronic - EDI, IFX/OFX Invoices, XML transfers, e-mail attachments or plain paper, or fax invoices. PayVia scans paper invoices and an online image is always available for audit.

Audit Facility
PayVia's Audit features are superior to dedicated bill payment solutions. Audit features are fully configurable, and include options such as three-way match, freight audit, price verifications and contract verifications.
Freight Audit Specialty: utilizes advanced freight rating scheme of ShipVia to verify each and every shipment for customer contracts and/or published tariffs.  BOL and/or shipment data is extracted from the customer' s system.

Payment Authorizations and Pay-from Options
Authorization schemes are configurable. PayVia offers the convenience of applying standard rules or your personal authorization of each bill. You select the mode of communication - e-mails, spreadsheets or webpages. Pay from different accounts or even using credit cards.
